Garry Knopov is a former hospitality entrepreneur and real estate developer. He began his career in brand development before transitioning to designing and developing physical experiences for his own restaurants and real estate ventures. After building restaurants, bars, and apartments in New York City, Garry recognized a misalignment of incentives between clients and builders.

In response, he founded Considered Construction to offer independent construction management for renovation & design processes. Working directly with clients, Considered delivers clients with enjoyable and predictable renovation experiences, specializing in design-oriented spaces and project management that deliver cost, time, and resource optimization.
